The team has recommended formation of an “Interoperable Network Description Working Group”, as described in our white paper for the upcoming Arctic Observing Summit 2020, entitled “Optimizing Arctic Observing Through Interoperable Information Sharing Across Networks”. This new working group might be established under an international coordinating body, the Sustaining Arctic Observing Networks (SAON) initiative.
